Backpacking is an adventure for sure! Although many travelstyles can bring about great adventures, there is a special feeling tied to only bringing as much as you can carry on your bag and nomadically wandering off towards your next destination.
Sure, you get frustrated when you have to pull everything out of the bag as soon as you need a single thing – your belongings will likely get dusty and chrushed from being thrown into a dusin filthy busses, boats and trains – and in some cases it might even be easier to carry a suitcase – BUT I do love the feeling of putting that same old backpack on, straping it around my waist and preparing myself for the next adventure.
